Terms & Conditions

1. A provisional booking date may be made by telephone or email and will be held for seven days pending receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit or payment as appropriate.

2. A booking deposit of 20% of the entire booking price is due to confirm reservation. The booking will be confirmed to you in writing within seven days of receipt of your deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full amount due.

3. Upon payment of the outstanding balance, the client shall be required to pay a refundable security/breakage deposit of $200 per week. This deposit will be refunded to the client as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the client has vacated the property, less cost of any breakages, or damage caused during the period of rental in accordance with the managers report.

4. In the event of cancellation, the following charges normally apply: 6-8 weeks prior - 50% of rental charge 4-6 weeks prior - 75% of rental charge Up to 4 weeks prior - 90% of rental charge All cancellations must be made in writing. We will make every attempt to assist in altering dates.

5. Force Majeure, we accept no liability to pay compensation in respect of any loss, damage or changes arising from unforseeable circumstances beyond our control (but not limited to) closure of airports, adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

6. You are advised that you are occupying a private villa and therefore are responsible for your own safety in respect of any personnel accidents or damages sustained by you or any members of your party during your stay. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover personal injury / accidents / damage. The owners of the property will accept no claims whatsoever.

7. Clients may gain access to the property after 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged and agreed.

8. Any problems should be immediately referred to our management at 727 608 0648. Applicants are strongly recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, accidents/illness or damage.
